Kevin aka Bob has long been one of my favourite posters at TrekBBS, and the community will be much the poorer in my eye without him. His sharp wit, caring soul and unfailing good humour placed him among the finest of us. I was lucky enough to meet him a couple of years ago and was struck by the unassuming, kind hearted man who overcame adversity with a grace that few could muster, while actively championing the rights and dignities of others in need. Always upfront and matter of fact about his health, he made me rethink disability in Britain today and at the same time regularly made me laugh with his pithy observations on the news of the day. I will miss him a great deal.
