Kevin/Bob was somebody I always looked forward to seeing his perspective on things at the TrekBBS. I sadly didn't really have the privilege of getting to know him in depth, but he was one of the people I most appreciated hearing his take on things going on in the world. Bob was a wonderful source of passionate argument, but always with a humility and gentleness that I admired. He never shied from dealing with significant or challenging issues, and also always approached matters with a sense of humour and was one of the funniest posters. It was a real joy to witness the growing love and partnership between Kev and Kathy, and a privilege to celebrate with them in our little corner of the internet. Kev/Bob will be dearly missed; for his insight, for his humor, and for his kindness. The board will always feel something of an emptier place without his presence. My thoughts go out to Kathy and to all Kev's friends, family, and loved ones, and to the network of connections he made and those who were impacted by him. We could all, in the end, stand to be a little more like Bob. In memory, Thestral (Jon)
