Deepest sympathies to Kathy and the Brooke family. My friend Kevin, my cinema buddy, we must have watched 400 films at the cinema together. We would stuff our pockets with sweets and drinks to save the pennies. We chat all the way home about the film and put the world to rights. I remember Kevin introducing me to the TV show Arrested Development and us both being in stitches, creased up on the floor with laughter, but that was Kev despite all his ailments he was always smiling. My wife and I holidayed in Cornwall a couple of years ago and had the pleasure of getting together with Kathy and Kevin for a meal, they were happy which was great to see.
