I only knew Kevin through TrekBBS and Twitter, and not nearly as well as many of those who've written far more moving and eloquent thoughts below. I enjoyed every interaction I've ever had with him, which is more than can be said for any other person I know. I'm surprised by how moved I am by his passing, given that we never met and rarely interacted on a personal level, and I can only imagine the devastation felt closer to home. From Seattle, Owen
